September Meeting - first meeting of the 2012-2013 season!
The full program is available HERE. Performers will be Cellist Karen Wingert, Violinist Beth Kirton, Pianists Blake Ray and Robert Conway, and Student League prizewinning Pianist 12-year-old Heather Gu. Program will feature two cello pieces: Chopin’s cello sonata and “Poeme” by Chausson.
Performers will be Organist and Pianist Stephanie Nofar-Kelly, Violinist Joseph Deller, Violist John Madison, and flutists Lauren Erickson and Shelly Rouse-Freitag. Prizewinning Student Leaguer, Violinist Haeji Kim, will also perform. The program HERE will include the Maurice Durufle Variations on "Veni Creator" for organ.
October meeting, duration is expected to be two hours.
Meeting 10:00 a.m. followed by a Concert (see the program here) with Pianists Helen Kerwin, Mary Holmes, and Yuki and Tomoko Mack, Cellists Timothy Nicolia and Sylvelin Bouwman, Violinist Andrew Wu and Violist Scott Stefanko, and Clarinetist Norma Keil Shaw. Among the pieces to be performed will be Schumann’s Piano Quartet Opus 47 and Muczynski’s Clarinet Trio.
